Uganda is one of countries with high cases of cancer of cervix. Over 500000 women die annually in Uganda due to cancer of cervix. Most of these women come in last stage of the disease. Most refugee women do not have access to early diagnosis, and treatment. More so they do not have access to qualified personnel to take a biopsy and do histology. And in Uganda most histological investigation are done at cost in either mbarara or mulago hospital With introduction of early screening, biopsy and early treatment , we hope to reduce morbidity and mortality due to cancer of cervix. With is will lead a productive life among refugee women
