UniR invites you to their #WebinarUniR for the publication of the results of their brand-new study on the difficulties faced by refugee women in their socio-economic integration, following over eighteen months of research.

On the program:

• A presentation of the results of the study, Difficulties for Refugee Women in Accessing Higher Education in the Region Île-de-France, by Andee Brown Gershenberg, head of research-action at UniR.

• Testimonies from Gloria (pseudonym Alecia) and Mariam, refugee and asylum seeker from Uganda and Pakistan (in English).

• The relevance of a gendered approach, by Mégane Ghorbani, consultant and founder of Esfand.

• From research to action: A presentation of the mentoring program Intercultur’elles, by Camila Ríos Armas, director of UniR.

The webinar will be take place via Zoom and is open to all through registration:  https://bit.ly/webinarunir The connection information will be transmitted after registration. The event will be held partly in French and English. The final research report will be published in both languages, as well.
